William grew up in Torquay, on Victoria's surf coast. After finishing school he spent a year in England coaching and travelling, then came home and studied a double degree in Design and Business at Swinburne University.
He started his career at StrongRoom AI before moving into his current role at Future Golf, where he leads UX/UI design on their mobile app and design system. Alongside that, he runs his own studio, Wink's Lab, helping small businesses build better websites and digital products.
His background in both design and business shapes how he works today. He spends time figuring out what users actually need and making sure that translates into something that helps the business too.
He works best with people who communicate directly and don't overcomplicate the process. Outside of work, William follows a wide range of sports, travels when he can and loves spending time with family and friends.
